Cranky with a couple of toes too many wanting to hang ten over a precipice, any precipice. Happens when nice weather turns from glorious Perth sunshine into cloudiness. Not too upsetting in itself but here comes our government to assault me as I sit in my home, trying to breathe fresh air. I don't want to get used to impositions like this, but how does one stop being assaulted like this?

I don't know... cough cough, sore throat, red rimmed eyes; irritated body and soul..

The turning of weather into an assault occurred when yesterday's deeply unpleasant smoky haze signaled (smoke signalled?) that any government enacted tyrannies could be as dangerous as the government's persistent incompetence.

And would you believe that a second ago, the most popular AM radio station for morning talkback, ran an ad for Daikin Air Conditioners and Purifiers. Yes, really...

I am irate, ne'er could a smile pass while swallowing down all this bile. Bile and smoke actually - because Western Australia's Department of Biodiversity, Conservation and Attractions is harming us here. I got drunk yesterday by quickly drinking 6 beers and concluded they're trying to kill us via prescribed burns. I yelled out the same to a nearly apartment complex, wondering what happened to Australian rowdiness, gumption, rebelliousness, indigence. Silence...

Let me explain my personal chronology here:

There was never ever ever this many prescribed burns when I was growing up here in the South West section of Western Australia. Never. And it was much, much hotter for longer periods, causing an arid desert like climate. There was less rainfall, therefore more bushfires some of which were catastrophic, causing millions of dollars of property damage and loss.

I remember bushfires because I worked in the Insurance industry for nearly two decades, in different locations all over Australia. These types of catastrophic weather events are not an unusual event, hence the familiarity with what's known in industry lingo as an Insurance Catatrosphe Event (or CAT event, for short).I administered, managed, investigated and calculated all kinds of catastrophic losses from natural disasters here; bushfire losses, cyclone losses, flood losses and devastating storms.

I often joked that I wouldn't be out of a job for any significant period of time due to my experience working in Insurance Claims all across Australia. And also because you could reliably expect at least one Insurance Catastrophe Event per year... Those were the days...

Yes, I'll be providing anecdotal evidence for you here but could I seek actual historical weather records from Australia's Bureau of Meteorology (BOM), a Federal commonwealth agency funded by taxpayers?. I could although.... No.

There's potentially better information I can access without seeking BOM's involvement yet.

I can contact dozens of broadacre farming families that I'd become friendly with during my time working in insurance claims. Most of them would probably remember who I was - my last employer's portfolio of clients was comprised of approximately one-third farmer and rural clients - by far my favourite clients to deal with. I hope that my efforts to service them are remembered because I appreciated their salt of the earth natures very much.

Might be surprised hearing my voice after nearly a year has passed, especially if they got the impression I made contact just to ask for their local rain gauge readings. The farmers would know I'm not talking out my ass if I did ask for them though, that's if they remembered who I was.

Farmers would also be eager to share farm life related anecdotes but better than a farmer's anecdote is a set of their own meticulously recorded rain gauges and local weather records. Yep, I can't forget the farmers as a resource, nor how they provide examples of independence from government stricture and government's sanctioned versions of information.

Walking down memory lane and cracking a grin, I'm finding myself appreciating times well spent - learning what it meant to live out bush, off the land & away from the man. Good times indeed!

I've veered off the beaten track reminiscing like this - sorry. Hanging ten too long, needing to revert to present day angers... Pull ya head in, and make sure your toes aren't dangling anywhere they shouldn't be? I'm not talking shit. My investigations so far require more work, more eyes and more manpower to have the best chance at answering the biggest question. Australia is clearly being ecologically manipulated by man-made means but to what extent is that biggest question to answer.

I am STILL not talking shit. Western Australia is being assaulted by state government entities hellbent on committing eco-terror against us.

I need to know why there's a significant increase in both volume and recklessness of Western Australia's Department of Biodiversity, Conservation and Attraction's debilitating acts of eco-terrorism. This Department has and will continue ruining the air we breathe by their overusage of an allegedly beneficial risk management practice of lighting fires.

They call it 'prescribed burns' and I want to know which West Aussies are assuming prescribed burns to be effective at managing fire risks? Has anyone asked the question: are intentionally lit fires a proven effective safety measure?

It's hard to even think of suggesting that the actions of our various governments amount to criminal violence, tyranny and terrorism.

But it isn't impossible for our fellow Australians to articulate the same and broadcast it loud and wide. Those Aussies who have difficulty forming thoughts against government or government entities need help - as for the majority governance was a benign concept, government a perfunctory presence - both of which Aussies whinged about during commercial breaks mindlessly.

Here's a one-two combo strategy I recommend;

1. Why is whatever level of the Australian Government acting in this manner and enacting these laws no one wanted or voted for?

   Expect no substantial reply to his

   Expect no explanation in response. You want a "No. It does not make sense."

2. OK. You are right. It makes no sense at all.

   So if these levels of government whose agencies act in a specific manner and enact laws of no benefit to us are making no sense by doing so, could the only way it makes sense be by assuming OUR government wants US maimed, disabled, imprisoned or preferably dead?
