There's a lot of talk Down Under about an upcoming bill to discuss & implement an Act of Parliament addressing Online Misinformation and Disinformation lately and a lot of Australians are very concerned about it.
This article by The Spectator Australia does a decent job of reporting on the hypocrisy & inherent dangers surrounding governmental control and monitoring of speech.
I've kept quiet on the topic so far because it's one that I don't know where to start with. You see, me and Jules (Australia's ongoing eSafety Commissioner since inception of the eSafety Commission) go back quite a few years. The last time I interacted with her on Twitter in a meaningful capacity was at the start of the plandemic though, so I'm quite behind on what the eSafety Commission and Julie Inman Grant were up to in the meantime.
There'll be more coming on Jules, the Australian eSafety Commission and my history with both in subsequent articles which I intend to publish before the closing date for public comments & submissions on the Mis-Dis-Mal info bill fall due.
What is This Article About?
In this article I want to display a brief and easy strategy to gather information regarding both ACMA's and eSafety's human resources capability. I do this for the purpose of educating my fellow Australians, who I feel might be a little inexperienced at undertaking online investigations to gather contemporaneous intelligence, especially regarding federal government's intent and actions.

I listened to the above Twitter Spaces with Cafe Locked Out & other Australian covid dissidents / freedom fights and it concerned me. Not one speaker was scratching a little deeper beneath the Federal government's mis-dis-mal info bill to see whether our government is actually capable of administering such a monstrous piece of nation-changing legislation. Prior experiences with the eSafety Commission has me skeptical as to current capacity or capability of our fed online spooks (the capability does not equal the capacity, and vice versa) but being immediately triggered into a defensive and reactionary mindset has covid dissidents, freedom fighters and the majority of Australians (who care) already on the back foot.
Without any wider planning, analyses or quick and simple investigations commenced or completed, this group is stuck with making aspersions on limited intelligence for minimal strategic impact. So I'll share one method I use to commence formulating an investigation of a federal foe.

Conclusion
It's a good habit to make quick checking of any online job listings your first point of call when investigating a government's initiative, policy, strategy etc etc. It's not a reactionary or defensive act inasmuch as screaming blue murder through social media posts is and more often than not, you'll learn far more than expected.
You see, these departments are rather lax at controlling information when it comes down to what they really need and what's really needed at the moment is a bunch of I.T, Policy and Governance goons to be assimilated into ACMA and eSafety.
Maybe there's someone reading who could suitably fill a role advertised?
Well at least you're not banned (yet).
You are absolutely correct about the job listings. Crisis actors, ASIO, CIA, NSA, they just signal their plans all there. I believe it is spiritual for them: they must show what they are going to do in order to clear themselves of karmic debt. Then, if people are stupid enough to ignore it or go along with it, their 'souls' are 'clean.' The face forward people do not even know this is happening, but the ones pulling the strings certainly do as they use the 'face forwards.'
